You're correct. Until it keeps being traded on exchanges, the would never hit exactly zero at any worst case scenario. This statement is based on my personal experience with luna 
I'm sure people would buy them all if it got anywhere near $100 again
Depends on what will be the reason for it to fall to 100$ in the first place.
