have problem with login , what email i can send to for help for login?
You can create a new account if you have a login issue with your old existing account so you can send them a support ticket.
Please log in on the homepage to submit tickets. You may create a new account for managing your ticket if desired.
You must create a full account with a username and password to submit tickets.
I cant find any official support email from Bitvest, maybe this is why they allow users to create a new account in order to get in touch with them since they do not reveal their contact publicly. The other way is to talk with moderators since they have the way to reach admins, but still in order to talk with moderators, login is required so new account is needed if you cant login with your account.
