https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5454226.0It is rather unfortunate though, this is an issue they could have helped you with, I mean it's an honest mistake many of us make from time to time, and many other reputable companies have that same disclaimer, but still would assist their users to recover such fund even though some take a small charge for it.
This is another good prove that 1xbit are scammers, selectively scamming their users, they probably had access to that fund right from the beginning but kept quiet about it, and finally decided to transfer it out when they thought you might have totally forgotten about it, right now, I don't think they will ever give you any reply, but then keep your fingers crossed, and a better casino next time, 1xbit are scammers.
