Leipzig handed the league to Dortmund on a platter when they won Bayern Munich. All Dortmund needed to do was win the final match in front of thousands of their fans.
Dortmund probably has the best fanbase in Europe, they had no reason not to win this match because their fans were solidly behind them. In that kind of atmosphere when everything is on the line, thy had no excuse whatsoever.
