I won't recommend this at all. Once a scam is always a scam. Maybe someone who sleeps with money everyday on the bed might throw some bucks on this again.
Everything does deserve a second chance on which it would really be that depending whether those old users would really still make use of them or not but most likely which all of them would really be finding new place for them to set in on which they don't really have that kind of mess which it did happen.
