Is there a representative of blackjack.fun I can dm? I was asked for KYC when I tried to withdraw and I sent all the required documents. Now when I try to access the website, I only get this message :

''Your information has been successfully sent. Please wait while one of our admins verifies the data. We will reach out as soon as possible.''

It has been 7 days now. A bit concerning as I'm not allowed to access my account on the website, see my remaining balance or transactions/bets made, only this message appears. Usually when you are asked for KYC, you are still allowed to place bets and see your account activity, this is the first time I see this ever on a bookmaker.



Does your concern already addressed because I can chat the admin for you to get update about your concern since I’m playing on the casino every other day. I think she can help you to speed up the process because my KYC verification process less days than yours when I bring my concern to her.

Guys anyone having trouble on the screen compatibility of the website? The website can’t be zoom out using my phone which makes it unable to access chat and notification since it open on the right side of the screen that can’t be zoom out to see.

Normally, chat and notification will just pop out when the screen adjust the aspect ratio of the website.
