The point difference between Bayern Munich and Dortmund is just 1 and this doesn’t mean Dortmund will take Bayern Munich position. Bayern Munich is an experience team in winning Bundesliga and I don't think right now Dortmund can go with championship. Bayern Munich is in their worst state of performance but won't miss opportunity of winning Bundesliga after losing champions league,  Bundesliga is very important for them to win.
Even though Bayern Munich has a long history of dominance in the Bundesliga it is crucial to keep in mind that every season is unique. Dortmund is a force to be reckoned with this season as evidenced by the fact that they are presently only one point behind Bayern. Bayern has been having trouble lately but that does not mean they can not get things back on track. Dortmund could however, build on their recent success and triumph if they continue in that direction. In sports anything can happen at the end of the day, thus it is hard to forecast the result with certainty. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the season develops and which club wins the title.

The point difference between Dortmund and Bayern Munich is only one point. If we only look and think that Bayern Munich will win the championship because they have been at the top of the standings for a long time, it is not necessarily true because there is Dortmund who consistently wins every match, with the evidence of being only one point behind to overtake Bayern Munich at the top position.

Basically, Bayern Munich and Dortmund this season can't really maintain consistency, so Bayern Munich and Dortmund still have a chance to win the Bundesliga title this season. Also, we can't say for sure either Bayern Munich or Dortmund will win the title, because a gap of one point is not a gap that can guarantee them the title.

So yes, it's not right if you say Bayern Munich will win the title, because so far this season also that Bayern Munich needs to make a very big effort to be at the top of the Bundesliga table. Also, if they don't get lucky then chances are they won't be able to win the title, so in this case the luck factor is the main thing to have.
Honestly, for me, the surprise is Dortmund for giving Bayern a very tough fight and Bayern obviously for having lowered the level so much, I know that things can happen in football but let's go, from the beginning Bayern showed what it is capable of and they could not contain the level, they gave up and lost a 1st place in the Bundesliga that they took in Union Berlin, then they came with everything they took away that first place and they put themselves on top, but well fortunately the bears turned out very well for Bayern , the team managed to get out of the caste and they were able to win the Bundesliga, the behavior in the UCL is a thing of the past, they have to turn the page and look for opportunities and complement them.

A love letter to Bayern Munich and Bavarian Football Works

Quote
My football allegiance has always strangely gravitated towards Bayern Munich (and Germany). My first football memory is watching the Germany vs England match at the 2010 World Cup — my first Bayern memory, Schweinsteiger scoring that famous penalty vs Real Madrid. From a young age, Bayern somehow just slowly became my team.

Avidly watching and supporting Germany at the 2014 World Cup affirmed my love for players such as Thomas Muller, Bastian Schweinsteiger and Phillip Lahm. Whilst Pep Guardiola’s dominating squad led me to develop further connections for the club.
