Btw, those eggs that I saw in one of your photos (that are NEVER used for pizza dough) reminds me of incident from ~30 years ago when I visited my grandma during summer holiday and asked her to make me a pizza. Since she never made it before in her life, she asked me what goes inside and even though I said i don't remember my mum ever using eggs, she decided to put a couple neverthless. Yeast + 3 eggs resulted in a 15 cm thick pizza lol.
