I think that's a great idea. They basically get risk free money through collecting the rake. Having a super big player base this would be a HUGE opportunity for stake and for their players.

Unfortunately he seems to love to speak and announce many things but after that nothing happens for some reasons, especially when someone from the chat say one feature is missing during his live streams. But I wonder why they haven't already added it if they were interested in this matter. Even smaller casinos like Nitrobetting or Betnomi already have a poker room so it shouldn't be very hard for a big platform like Stake to create one.  

I agree with you that adding poker room is not a hard thing for Stake but I think it is not about hard or easy, it must be related to "priority to have" list. They have not added it till now because maybe they have other priorities to have or to do in the past several years and maybe they think that this year is the right time for them to add it.

I agreed. Casino games and sports betting are the 2 most profitable things they can offer, so that's the priority of course.

Poker on the other hand brings new players and maybe these players will also try some of their other games, so it is definitely a smart move to add poker. Since they just offer the software and collect the rake there is also no real risk involved, just lay back and collect basically.

Hopefully they will get this on the market anytime soon and won't let their players much longer for it.

Btw, poker streaming is also super popular and since stake bought KICK streaming a while back that would be the perfect fit as well! Can't bring this out on a better time than now I think.
