It's good that you asked first because you will get a negative tag here if you create a thread about your platform and you posted referral links coming from your platform because it's not allowed here in Bitcointalk.

There is no appropriate platform for a referral matrix type of platform even if it's promoting the use of Bitcoin, and I don't think any reputable members will help you to promote your platform.
