Sounds great, but I am confused, is this essentially an alt coin (IE: a bitcointestnet with a different genesis block?) or is this BitcoinTestnet 3? Also, is it mineable, is there a client?
The bitcoin testnet has miner and client,but do not support non-standard transactions.
OmniTestNET is not a altcoin,there is no miner,no client ,only for Test and support all transactions,especially non-standard transactions. so you shold first create transactions,then relay on OmniTestNETat

But where are you pushing the transactions too? The regular bitcoin testnet? What is the advantage?
