I don't know if people know but last 10 Champions League winners all had at least 1 Croatian player in their team and it will be interesting to see if that tradition continues this year as well.

This might be just a coincidence because the nationality of players will not determine the quality of players or their performance. Croatia is a football nation and there are chances that most top teams might have one or two players from the country. Manchester City has all it takes to win this game but the outcome of football games sometimes is not determined by quality or performance but by luck. City might be in charge of the game but Inter may be fortunate to get a goal and defend it till the end. City has invested more than City and has never won the Champions League, it will not be bad if they win this one. But we have to wait until 10th June when both teams will battle at Istanbul's Atatürk Olympic Stadium.
It is an interesting point which is found when people have to find reasons, support from history that can give them hope taht Inter Milan still have chance to beat Manchester City and become a new champion.
With their strength and forms in this season, Manchester City is considered to be a stronger team and will become a new champion. However, people discovered that strange thing from latest winners. It can be repeated but cna be stopped. Like before Real Madrid, no club successfully protect their title in many seasons. After all Real Madrid did it and not only one time, they did won 3 titles in three seasons.
This season can be a firt season, no Croatian player in a champion squad.
