It will take time and patient to develop this team. Some players has to be sold out, qualifying to champions league should be their target next season
I agree with the idea that Pochettino needs time. I hope Chelsea club managers will show him the patience he needs. So, they should be at least as patient with him as they were with Graham Potter. They have had an unstable and poor performance this season. The transfers they spent millions of dollars could not contribute to the team. I hope the experienced coach Mauricio Pochettino manages to reverse all this bad process. Actually, after a good striker transfer, I think he can level up the team. I hope they transfer the right player to the team this time.
