I just hope Pochettino performance will be different from other previous Chelsea coach. Pochettino is a good coach I'm having this believe in me he will be totally different from others.
I really don't think the problem is with the coach, remember that these are the same guys that sacked the special one (José Mourinho ) who was(is) considered among the best managers around and we can not say problem is with the coach..NO!!!
The problem I see is team chemistry isn't being built, and because the teams are always being rotated the teams don't know each other...more regular play should yield better results.
Chelsea really needs a good striker for next season, this will really help them to win their games next season.
These guys have already spent a lot of money into the team, I don't think they need a new face unless they sell some to get new replacements. For now they better work with what they have.
