I guess if it won't. It's caused by a team can't be affected by other team's success. That means if italy may be only getting 1 ticket for europa league. Roma was qualifying for europa league through serie a and juventus was below it. If roma will be winning europa league and it will be automatically qualified for UCL but juventus will remain to play in the conference league. Juventus can't get a place in europa league caused by as roma's success by winning europa league as team will be qualified for UCL. CMIIW

Juventus' condition if they can't shift Roma they will still be in 7th place and there may not be a place for the Conference League.
