I think it will take some years before Chelsea becomes better.
 .....
I believe that the best thing to do in this case would be focusing on how Chelsea did wrong and finding out how they could fix that, no idea how they could fix it, but it is not going to be in a single year, it will take a few years to backtrack and be better.
To foster a culture of triumph within a prominent club, it typically takes around 3-5 years to witness progress. I recall when Manchester City was acquired by a wealthy man from the Middle East, namely Sheikh Mansour, back in 2008. He completely transformed the club's system and management, leading them to their last English Premier League victory in 1968. Undoubtedly, ample financial resources can enhance a team's performance, provided the club's administration is also sound. At present, Manchester City is immensely formidable, surpassing even their local rivals, Manchester United.

The new manager at Chelsea seems to require a non-instantaneous period to transform the team into champions. Reports suggest that Chelsea will also be parting ways with several players this season, with approximately half a dozen already being prepared for sale.
