Actually Milan's head coach Pioli should rotation their squad for next season if want has chance finish on top fourth standings position, I don't sure with the same composition squad for next season will compete for finish on top fourth standing and Milan have to play in Champion League.
Its not about playing style, but Milan need some position rotation by bringing potential player, stop recruit with free player agent exactly they have not best qualities and Milan management should spent their money if want compete with other team next season.
