Is it legal to provide listing information on an exchange before the exchange officially announces its listing?
Before we get into exchanges, how about your token sale? I see you only have 11 addresses for your token holders.
Yes it is 100% Legal.
We haven't started any paid marketing yet that's why the number of holders are pretty low.
Why don't you announce it on Twitter if it's legal? or perhaps you can prove your agreement with the exchange?
