OP, are you sure that you have not violated their terms? You have not abused their TOS just like what they are telling you?
There is no way we can know if OP violated the terms if the casino customer support itself can't even mention the kind of terms that were breached. I find this a very stupid excuse from the casino's side.
What is so hard with showing the player what he violated. I don't know about other members, but I am going to red trust them until they provide a clear answer.
