Just workout and eat healthy foods, I came from 80kg to 65kg today for just 8 months.
If you eat less, you'll lose body weight
If you eat less and eat protein foods you'll lose body fat.
If you eat less, eat protein foods and do heavy workout (lifting), you'll lose body fat and gain muscles.

If you really want you can achieve it.
