Mauricio Pochettino has never won any Premier League titles during his time in charge of Tottenham, so I wouldn't believe he has a winning mentality other than just doing it with PSG. I think he can change Chelsea's mentality and players' confidence to do better next season, but I believe he will still be like before when he was at Tottenham.
It will be quite difficult to say as a title winner because in the Premier League there will be more rivals that are tougher and even better than Pochettino or Chelsea at this time, but at least with the arrival of Pochettino it can change the current atmosphere of Chelsea so that the management makes an overhaul in terms of the coach and the players, now Pochettino is selecting several players to be included in the squad list for next season.
I really wonder why Chelsea failed to find an agreement with Luis Enrique who has a better record on his coaching CV than Pochettino. Luis Enrique is a great coach who has been good enough to prove his quality with Barcelona a few seasons ago. I know the character of the game of the two coaches are both attacking, but in conclusion Luis Enrique still tends to be better in my opinion.
I don't know why this didn't happen and Chelsea took Pochettino more than Luis Enrique was there another factor that they failed to bring him to Chelsea?
Luis Enrique's journey has been quite good but he doesn't have experience in the Premier League maybe that's what Chelsea is considering.
