I see the customer care is just  a mess coupled with team not being specific on time and date to respond with their investigation result. I was wondering if they could release that kind of money to a winner if they truly have that financial strength to do so. OP, it is doubtful how this can be when  without no much evidence back your accusations. Why not do a review on your  complaint.
