Don't compare a gambling site to a Exchange because surely they have different way of reviewing your documentations and cases.
you are withdrawing 500k mate imagine how big this amount for a single player to win and withdraw.
at least you clearly say the are "HOLDING" your money means yes do waiting mate , because representative will come to you after confirmation .
