I must agree with this! As Roma played way better than Sevilla but in the end , Sevilla is still the queen of Europa League.
Now , my conclusion on this game is that , Anthony the referee , had 2 clearly penalties to award and he decided to simply ignore it and that is where the game was lost from his side because both teams were against it with As Roma having a bigger problem against him than Sevilla.
Penalties...was pure lottery but I must agree with Mourinho that he and his team were betrayed by the referee.
It made this match not look fair and harmed Roma, in this controversy because Roma had to get a penalty that was not given by the referee. As Mourinho pointed out outside the stadium, they were spreading harsh words to the referees. Personally, I wouldn't blame him though, as the ref has carefully checked the VAR. Then despite Roma's fatigue, I admit that Sevilla managed to end the match with a shootout where Bono became Sevilla's Star of the game. There is something unique in that Gonzalo Montiel's decisive goal was Sevilla's victory and he was also the decisive goal of Argentina's World Cup win.
