The two are different and Satoshi Nakamoto has dedicated his work to nothing but bitcoin. Speaking of Defi, Altcoins and shitcoins have nothing to do with any of that. You need to learn to understand more about the concept that was poured by Satoshi Nakamoto in bitcoin, the decentralized nature of bitcoin is different from the example you presented.
