Every platform has their own way of doing it, since you're agreed to their terms now you just have to wait. But don't start accusing just in 2 days because from their withdrawals you already withdrew same amount multiple times, isn't it? But it's very common to do such investigation when big amounts deposited and withdrew often no matter how much you wagered so be patient until they come up to you.
