Move-in away from the penalty kick, Sevilla should have won the game before the penalties because they dominated the game but lacked the tactical finishing and Roma were good in the defense but lost a lot of scoring opportunities even though they were denied a clear penalty which was clearly seen as a hand ball in the box of the Sevilla.
Sevilla were just wasteful. It would have been shame if they had lost in penalties after dominating the game that much. They totally outplayed Roma. Mourinho made a couple of very bad decisions and one of them was taking of Dybala. That was due to the conservative mindset of Mourinho. He needed players that could win back the ball. What he forgot was he also needs players that can create spaces for his team.
Sevilla deserved the win. They played really well, aside the fact that they could not make use of their goal scoring opportunities.
And yes, that handball should have been a penalty but it wasn't given so they have to move on.
