I think you should lock this thread and start a new one with all the information that you can and need to provide and as much as possible do not delete any post here and accept criticism, potential clients and investors would like to see how transparent and how honest you are in asking funds to your project.

If you can find angel investors in your area, the better, try to come up with a working model and business plan, and it's better to ask for additional funding and not just full funding for a project that still doesn't exist.
