The user was added on my observation list from last few days (thanks to the user who sent a PM about it) and I was waiting to send him a warning next week. But since you brought it in public, I would like him to speak something in his defense before I make a decision.

@bettercrypto, one of the prime reason I am writing it (usually I remove without giving a 2nd thought) as you make a lot of posts. For a campaign it's always appreciable.
