I don't think John K is coming back here on this forum because its almost more then 3 months and have no response even Coins are still in wallet may be he expires 
I read somewhere he had setup a dead man switch with his lawyer. He's not dead yet. If he was dead, we'll all get paid.From my experience it can take longer than 3 months. So this is still possible. John K told he has dead-man's switch in place:
I do have a dead-man's switch in place as all the addresses I use are cold wallets printed and stored physically in my safe. I regularly back my escrow list of transactions up to two off-site locations, and in the case of me and my family's incapacitation my family lawyer is authorized to release the funds accordingly with the list.
Maybe Scrat could add signed post with winning BTC addresses and amounts to original raffle thread

Also, did Scrat actually PMed John K with signed winning BTC addresses and amounts ? He told he will once he get all the BTC addresses, but never confirmed he is sending it
