Creating discord account is quite easy and if you have number of email then its just like ABC. i am also aware of multiple discord accounts bot which can do 1000 vote in very less time. these bot are commonly used by airdrop hunters. every body should be honest otherwise greedy user will try to cheat by providing fake votes which will spoil the fun of the competition
The only way to keep a minimum of credibility at this point is to have people posting on this thread their Discord votes, if someone is not registered/doesn't post here then the vote doesn't count otherwise let's just all buy votes online and that's it.

Exactly, votes could be bought and it wouldn't be fair for anyone else participating in the contest and this could happen in Discord, the forum, or any other platform where the contest is held.. To fix this issue, I suggest that not everyone should be allowed to vote in the contest. Instead, only trusted moderators and participants in the contest should have voting rights, excluding anyone outside this circle.

To achieve a fair vote, I propose that a selected few mods vote to choose  5-10 top pizzas from all the entries. Then, we could proceed with another round of voting where both users and moderators can participate on it in the Discord server. This way, it would be much more difficult for anyone to buy votes or cheat in order to win the contest.

Long story short, for an ideal voting system I think we would allow only participants and mods in the servers to vote and in case we want to expand the vote and make it more inclusive, we can also involve third-party members who are unaware of the contest participants, voting based on the pizzas themselves without any association to the person who posted it.
