encryption has been added since version 2.3.0, and if you have been "found" those files and the transactions were from 2009, then this file will definitely not contain encryption with password.
If you bought it, it is most likely a fraud, as its contents have been manipulated to show the public key for these transactions, and even if you find the password, you will not find the private key for these addresses.
