Well the ban happen since 2019 and I don't really know what was the reason, but getting permanent banned due to bumping post is high unlikely IMO, the moderators usually merge the post and then leave it.

You should explain what have you contributed in this forum, but I don't see any contribution you've done, you're only run a campaign, become a moderator and ask a loan.
