I don't even think that this campaign is open for senior members because OP said it is CFNP but can only consider applicants that is a former CM member in the nearest future,which implies that only former CM participants can apply.
Hhampuz said it is open to both former CM applicants and prominent members;
We still consider applications so make sure to drop yours if you are a prominent member or a previous chipmixer participant.
