It is a new project, mate. Every new project will add its network manually. They need to fulfill some requirements or ask Metamask team if Ozonechain network will be available to add automatically. I don't know if Ozone teams has a plan to have a partnership with Metamask. I'm sure Ozone teams have considered this for the future, so we just need to wait for their announcement.
