The most interesting part of this season in the French League was Monaco because they didn't start the season well and had some mistakes in beginning the road but in a few weeks they were even in second place in the table and they could even be first place and win the title, at the end, of this season by the failed and again in the last weeks of the season they couldn't have the same performance and that's why they are in 6th place of the table.
Lens have surprised me more than any other team this Ligue 1 season. They played very well all season and finished in second place, just one point behind PSG. That is, they could have been winners if it wasn't for a few upsetting losses. This season was a nervous one for PSG, but they still managed to win first place.
Lens proved that they are one of the best clubs in Ligue 1 at the moment, although they are still behind Paris Saint Germain. But that's natural because in terms of strength they are under Paris Saint Germain as well. What's more worrying when you look at Paris Saint Germain, they have everything but they can't make the most of it. Even if they didn't have the advantage that was quite far before, then they could be couped by Lens at the end of this season.
