You should do signature campaigns, review campaigns, airdrops etc. Everybody loves free stuff. Also, you need to spend money to make money. If your project is good, some of those paid shills will be your long term customers and they will recommend your project to their friends for free in the future. Many good projects died off because they didn't know how to do the marketing of their project. You may create an ANN thread and wait but I don't think that is going to work unless your project is very extraordinary and even if that was true, people still may fail to notice it.
