The reason why I stated it is that his market value is still 70 million euros. Of course PSG wouldn't demand that much for a 31-year-old player. But I wouldn't expect them to demand less than 40-50 million euros anyway. Moreover as far as I know his current salary is 36 million euros per year which is an enormous sum.

I don't know if there would still be a team to be okay for meeting all these demands. Hence I expect him to stay here for a long time unless he gets an offer from outside Europe. As for Mbappe I don't expect him to leave this summer either. But for next season it is doubtful. If PSG fail in winning the CL title again then maybe we might see him at Real Madrid right after that.
English clubs Manchester United and Chelsea have expressed interest in Neymar and they want to sign Neymar knowing that they will have to pay a fee. And Neymar had a good offer from the Saudi league but he turned it down because he wants to stay in Europe for now. If all goes well, Neymar will be moving to Manchester United very soon.
Mbappe came close to signing a deal with Real Madrid last season but in the end PSG agreed to all his terms and kept him at the club with a huge salary cap. But Mbappe has realized this season that if he doesn't leave PSG, he will never win the UCL trophy and never win the Ballon d'Or. A footballer's dream is to win the Ballon d'Or. I hope this time Mbappe will focus on his career instead of being greedy for money.
Mbappé is a really great player. Mbappe has played a significant role in the success that PSG has achieved so far. In fact, Mbappe is an incredibly fast player. This player has to be praised.
Mbappe is a very good and quick player and the star has enough finishing skills. And he has performed well enough for PSG club. Mbappe's contribution behind winning many matches is huge. But despite doing well in PSG club or scoring more goals, this star is not able to shine his career.  Because PSG club has always failed to perform well on any big stage. No matter how well a player performs, if his team does not do well in any tournament, then there is no point in playing well from that team. If you change the club and go to a good club, you will see the success of the team and your career will be very bright. Maybe he can earn a lot of money at PSG but he won't get the respect he deserves as a footballer.
