Everton are a club rotten to the core. They were fortunate to retain their Premier League status after years of mismanagement and shoddy ownership. The squad is good but the World Cup offered the ideal time to change managers and get out of trouble but somehow they decided to stick with Lampard for way too long. Dyche was always the right choice to steer them out of danger. Honestly I think they need to change otherwise Everton will just be in the same position again in the coming season.
This season's situation should be a stern warning to Everton's management. The Toffes are really very lucky to survive in the Premier League thanks to Dyche's hard work. But I believe Dyche also wants a change in the squad. Although financially not so strong, management is required to be smart in finding players according to the needs of the team. However, according to some reports, Everton have started to move in search of new players such as Weghorst and Tamy Abraham who have become the main targets of the Merseyside club. I'm sure Everton will come back strong next season, at least stay in the top ten of the standings.
