Celta Vigo luck was certainly on their side in the final match against Barça the Catalan giants seemed to have a lack of passion in their win. This fortunate situation allowed Celta Vigo to win a crucial victory that kept them away from the feared relegation area. While the loss may have adversely affected the Barcelona overall winning percentage it had no significant impact on their season. It seemed that Barça simply took to the field in order to fulfill their duties this would indicate the conclusion of a difficult campaign. However the three additional points gained by Celta Vigo were crucial as they were responsible for placing them in the La Liga standings for the upcoming campaign. Conversely unfortunate results occurred in the Real Valladolid Espanyol and Elche clubs as they were re relegated to the Laliga Smartbank this was a disheartening fate for these organizations.
