Situation is similar in a big part of Europe (and I guess US) as well, there are pizzerias everywhere. But its true, you are the kings of pizza, and I would add that you have generally the best cuisine in the world (Greece is a close 2nd to me).

I just checked Google maps and in 500 meters radius of the place I live at the moment (very touristy city) I have 7 pizzerias. Unfortunately, I am very picky when it comes to pizza (more experience, higher demands) and rarely eat at any of those places so to actually get a very good neapolitan pizza I have to travel 4-5 km.
