I would say that only changing the coach cannot be a solution. The coach should be allowed to work independently. And at the same time, the coach should be given the opportunity to form the team according to his choice. For this Chelsea management should prepare big funds and get the required talented players in the team. While Chelsea's squad is strong, the bonding between their players is very weak.
Chelsea have been changing coaches and there is no difference in their performance, so we should know that chelsea problem is not only about coach, even players are part of Chelsea problem. We know chelsea have not been getting experienced coaches since they sacked Tuchel, but also chelsea have just wasted money in the last transfer window, the players they bought those not really worth the amount they spent. Chelsea should just flush out most of their players, they need to get new player’s that are ready to play for the club
Chelsea has changed coaches but its important to understand that their problems transcend beyond the coaching side of things. The performance of the team is also their duty. Its true that Chelsea may not have had enough experienced head coaches once Tuchel left and their spending during the previous transfer window may not have produced the best results. Chelsea may instead concentrate on strategic player signings that are in line with their long-term goals rather than entirely revamping the team. In order to improve the players overall performance collaboration and strong ties must be fostered. Chelsea has the capacity to get through their current difficulties and come out stronger than ever with the correct combination of skill unity, and a positive outlook.
