Yes, the transitional period for Chelsea was very difficult, since the transfer of ownership to Todd Boehly, a few problems have always overshadowed the Blues. Boehly has made a big investment in his first term and of course he has learned a lot from what happened to his team this season. Now I think Pochettino's appointment as manager is appropriate, at least Chelsea will again transform into a team that will be respected again in the Premier League. I also hope that Boehly will give Pochettino more flexibility in terms of managing the team without any intervention. Currently the Blues squad is dominated by new players who are still very energetic, it is likely that Pochettino will return to add new players to add strength. I'm sure under his instructions all the players will come back together.
Actually, Chelsea has a lot of potential. Every time they play it seems that they have a good mission, all that remains is to unite all the players well, streamline the squad, maintain team harmony, and focus on buying strikers who are hungry to score goals. Chelsea is a big team, they will definitely return to their nature, namely a team that is respected in the EPL.

Boehly's long-term plan cannot be said to have failed. If everything is united (on and off the field) it is not impossible that Chelsea can become the most consistent team in the future. The problem looks really big ambitions from the new owner. I also have faith like you. Chelsea's season is over but expecting big things next season, top four guaranteed, maybe even Chelsea giving Man City a title challenge. People forget what a good manager Pochettino is and with the talent at Chelsea, yes expect something big.
