Hopefully, Chelsea can win again through its new manager next season because Chelsea is a big team that often enlivens the top ranks in the Premier League, even though in the season that has ended, Chelsea has really slumped with no consistency at all in building the team. In the next season, Chelsea really needs better collaboration between players and coaches in order to increase their strength in undergoing a new competition and I also hope that Chelsea can get up soon when next season starts.
I think it will be difficult for Pochettino to take Chelsea to the top of the table next season even though he is one of the most experienced coaches in the Premier League. He will have to adapt his strategy at Chelsea for his maiden season and that will take a lot of time. Chelsea cannot be expected to be able to win the title as long as Manchester City are still completely able to dominate the Premier League with Pep Guardiola.
I only agree that Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United will have a tough competition next season in the top 4 of the standings apart from Manchester City. But Chelsea and Tottenham don't seem completely convinced even though they have a new manager next season.
