Well, body shape doesn't really count that much and we have some very good examples for that when we talk about great players. But Jesus isn't anywhere nearly as dangerous as Haaland. This is a numbers question and nothing else. When somebody scores over 40 goals per season for a team and the other striker scores und 20 goals per season, the striker with 40 goals is better in that season and if he outcompetes the other player for a longer period of time, he is the better player in general. I would find it right if Haaland gets some more time to prove himself.

Gabriel Jesus is an important striker, yes I admit, but I don't see any striker in the world right now who will play like Haaland. He is also very young and not everyone can achieve such a good physical condition at this age. His father must be proud of him as a former Manchester City resident. I don't think any active striker in the world can compare with him right now, not only Gabriel Jesus.

Indeed Haaland is one of those players that can be described as an exception. Being a striker like him at that age hasn't even happened before I believe when you just consider the raw numbers. Regarding those numbers he can even compete with Ronaldo and Messi, but now for him it is all about keeping that level for many years in a row without severe injuries stopping him.

I would also like to see him score in the final now. So far he has been a bit passive in the games against Real Madrid, but it was difficult for him because the defense did their job very well against him. He'll have a new chance soon enough now.
