I want to ask a little, is there any limit for a newbie to comment? Can a newbie create a new thread?. Sorry, I don't see any of those rules, I'm afraid it violates the rules
At first you are welcome in this forum and I think this is the best place to discuss and learn about Crypto. This from has a lot of rules because of a huge quantity of spammers. Undoutly you can create a threat or you can comment on any thread but one thing you should remember that your post should be on topic and informative and unique. And please do not copy paste or violet any rules of this forum. The best way to maintain from rules is that always read the rules of every boards. In some threads op includes some extra rules that should be maintained also. At last I want to say that there is nothing to worry and everyone in this forum have to maintain this rules.
