I don't think their is any way for such, moving out your fund from centralized exchange to trust wallet, is almost of the same risk you share their, trust wallet is also own by Binance which is a centralized exchange, trust wallet is not an open source wallet and it's also not completely decentralized since users data are to some point now backed-up to the Google drive.

Have you tried checking Metamask desktop extension? I guess they have few staking option, you just have to check up for your self, but you can't expect the rewards to be the same like that of the centralized exchanges which you have a greater risk, the higher the risk the higher the reward.
