I was expecting Nabi and Rashid to bat either agressively or defensively, both failed to deliver. On thier home ground Srilanka does play good and in Asia cup they would be a team for the final contention.
Here in that case I will say that the bowling of Srilanka was good so the batsman didn't remain on pitch for long time. The batsman didn't make much score. So the Bowlers of Afghanistan team could not do anything for the team. 116 runs was nothing for the Srilankan team. This match was looking as a T20 match because Srilanka chased the target with in 16 overs. Excellent performance by the Srilankan team.
Wasn't expecting such low performance by Afghanistan, sirlanka came prepared to win the series but Afghanistan batting totally collapsed.
Not a single player scored any runs and as result sirlanka won easily 9 wickets.
