I already knew that they would lose the series. I never knew that they would lose in such a humiliating manner. I was expecting them to atleast put up a target of 200 runs. Why I say they were all out for 116 runs at that point it made me clear how good the Srilankan bowlers played yesterday.
I was expecting Nabi and Rashid to bat either agressively or defensively, both failed to deliver. On thier home ground Srilanka does play good and in Asia cup they would be a team for the final contention.
The whole batting line up just collapsed infront of the Srilankan bowlers. None of their batters were allowed to form a partnership. I wasn't able to see the live match. I saw the highlights and felt that Afghanistan batters were not able to judge the Srilankan bowlers. The fielding of Srilanka was good on that day if compared to other matches. In a way it looked as if Afghanistan gave away the match.
