Real Madrid needs an experienced striker and an experienced midfielder. We don't know if Luka Modric will leave the team. But Modric is about 38 years old. One cannot expect consistent good performances from such an aged player. And I think Benzema and Modric are among the best players in the world. This is why finding suitable replacements for these two players has become challenging. Madrid is unlikely to find suitable replacements for these two players next season. It will be challenging for Ancelotti to maintain the performance of the Madrid team next season.
We agree that Madrid needs a very experienced forward striker, including midfielders. even if Luca Modric stays with Real Madrid, his contribution to the team is not as reliable as it used to be. as we know, he has entered the age of 38 years. that means, the performance will decrease greatly. IMO, even though Madrid already has Bellingham, it looks like Madrid still needs more mature players in the midfield. but at least, there is still Kroos who might be able to guide his younger colleagues.
For strikers, I believe Don Carlo needs players who have high flying hours. and this criterion, it's Harry Kane. I'm pretty sure Kane can be Karim Benzema's successor. at least Kane has proved it with Spurs by scoring 30 goals in the Premier League, Kane can also partner with Vini Jr and Rodrygo. like Benzema, Vini Jr and Rodrygo, even Valverde. for other strikers, I'm not so sure especially young strikers. because what Madrid needs is an established striker, both in scoring goals and mentality. So, let's see what Don Carlo will do in this summer transfer window.
